What we handle for you

L&D takes 0% of your coaching fee. Our revenue comes from facility programming, the events we produce, and brand partnerships — never from a transaction between you and a player.
What we ask of you
- •Coach the experience you signed up to coach — show up, on time, dialed in.
- •Lead with the community values — welcoming, honest, no ego.
- •Take feedback seriously, give it generously.
- •Hold a clear DUPR / self-rating and keep it current.
- •Be reachable on the channels we use (we’ll show you).
The tier ladder
Same vocabulary across NGA (youth) and Coach Up (adult), different criteria. You move up by doing the work and being reviewed by the tier above.
Rookie
New to Coach Up. Paired sessions, observed evaluations, mentorship from a Vet or Boss.
Pro
Running their own L&D sessions independently. Solid feedback loop, consistent reviews.
Vet
Mentoring Rookies. Trusted to handle hard situations — disputes, refunds, weather calls.
Boss
Leading curriculum + program design. The person we send when something has to go right.
