What we handle for you

L&D takes 0% of your coaching fee. Our revenue comes from facility programming, the events we produce, and brand partnerships — never from a transaction between you and a player.
What we ask of you
- •Coach the experience you signed up to coach — show up, on time, dialed in.
- •Lead with the community values — welcoming, honest, no ego.
- •Take feedback seriously, give it generously.
- •Hold a clear DUPR / self-rating and keep it current.
- •Be reachable on the channels we use (we’ll show you).
The tier ladder
Three tiers, one path. You move up by doing the work and being reviewed by the tier above — earned, not timed.
Apprentice
The 12-week cohort. Paired sessions, observed evaluations, the closest mentorship we offer. On event pages you appear as “Assisting,” alongside a Certified or Lead Coach.
Certified Coach
Graduated. Running your own L&D sessions, lessons, and clinics independently — full rev-share, lighter check-ins.
Lead Coach
Mentoring Apprentices and co-running cohorts. Trusted with the hard calls — disputes, refunds, weather — and, at the top, shaping the curriculum itself.
The curriculum is real
Most new coaches get a weekend certification and a basket of balls. You get the Coach Up Handbook — a full coaching system: a 12-week roadmap, the frameworks you actually coach with, the systems for running a session, and a drill library pulled from hundreds of coaching breakdowns and mapped to the skills and levels you teach. It lives inside Coach OS, and it’s yours the day you start.
